Blender molecular setting and After Effects particular spinning object

Make some testing with Blender molecular and the settings. I'll try to use this page to show some of the issues I had when I try to do this effects and the solutions I found for them. This page will be good journal for me to record my progress and review the solutions in case I forget them. It may help others Blender or After Effects users, if they are having the same problems. I'll be open to exchange ideas with anyone. ^^ However, it isn't a "TUTORIAL, STEP BY STEP".

Here I tried to make the molecular cube just to bounce on the floor, but the cube exploded.

Solution: On links search, put the "magic" value: 3.5
I didn't get why should be this value, but it seems to work very well.

In After Effects, I couldn't see the smoke behind the object.

Here is how it should be.

On particular setting:
1- the object layer should be pre-composed and 3D. On visibility, obscuration layer, choose the pre-composed layer.
2- The second option on obscuration layer, change "Source" to "Effects & Masks".
