Kimetsu no Yaiba is a very popular animation in Japan! My boy really love this animation, so I decided to make some simulations with this character. ^^
The special thing here, was to find a way to continue a tracking with different tracking points after the firsts disappear in the scene and than, add next ones.
This time, I just use Blender to convert the models to obj seq to open them in Element 3D
And than, I just compose in After Effects.
In the breakdown video, I already show most of the effects I used to make it, so I'll only put some extra pictures you can't see in the video Using Element 3D.
At first, this video was supposed to be just about the Blender molecular simulation, but I prefer to add a character to make a bit more action ^^
Unfortunately, Blender 2.9 Alpha is just experimental, so it has lot of crashes and it make me lose the save for this project, but fortunately, I could record that before it happens.
The molecular script give us more options on setting than just use particles.
Maybe, Blender molecular has much more options for animation Element 3D, but at least, E3D is much easier to use than molecular.
Here I'm using a technique called normalizing to help me attach objects in the scene. Maybe I put too much solids around the scene (^_^;)
